His Demand From You!

HIS DEMAND FROM YOU

I saw myself in a gathering, a gathering of children of light and it was more like a female figure was the head of the gathering. Suddenly, a bus pulled over with some hefty men walking right down to where we gathered. They had this rope which looked quite unique and attractive. I don’t really remember what they wore, so I would rather not try to describe it.

Like I said, they were hefty and they looked quite built. So, yes! They finally got to where we gathered and they required of each one of us to put the rope like thing that looked like it was made of a not very refined diamond. Some people in the gathering accepted while some did not. This was a personal decision, the woman who was the head in our midst had no influence on this decision. After they placed this rope like object on them, they were being changed and the men took them away. They had denied Christ.

Immediately they left, we all fell on our feet and began to give intense worship to God. We told Him our heart cry, we thanked Him for His leading and the Grace He bestowed upon us to say No, and give allegiance to His voice. He didn’t speak to us corporately this time, He influenced out thoughts individually. God speaks to all His children if they can listen patiently.

Again I saw myself inside a building. Describing the color is quite hard but there were two colors. The upper color was white and the lower color was more like ‘navy-blue-gray’. The landlord had made up his mind to send everyone that had a room in the building. Most of the occupants used the room for sales and business purposes. Before the landlord came in to take some actions, I had gone there with a friend to get some undies. 

We entered one of rooms where they sold what we needed. This seller was a man who was very dark in complexion. We selected the ones we wanted, now it was time to put a price on them. I suggested a particular price that made my friend give me a ridiculous look. We thought the seller would curse at me but he didn’t but instead, he explained to me how they were of a higher quality and all.

Now, the landlord came in and started putting some sealings on the top left bottom of each room. He wasn’t ready to listen to the explanation anyone would give. Once he placed that gum on that part of the door, it would automatically lock.

Now, he placed this seal on the door of the room in which we were in. suddenly, the salesman stood up from where he sat and initiated that since we were all locked up in the room, we should have some fun. Sex was this fun. I was still processing what he said in my head when I saw them both naked ready to go right into it. He was very dark in complexion and my friend was very light in complexion, they were there standing naked right in front of me, they looked somehow.  I didn’t think it twice before refusing them. I left them to it. They went inside the toilet and…. you know the rest. Once again, Christ was denied.

I banged the door of the room open. The door which we felt could not be easily opened if openable at all. I saw the landlord still going about, sealing the rooms. This time, he was wiping off the white part of the painting away from the room of a particular person. Right there where I stood, I confronted him in a very gentle manner. His face looked regretful.

I woke up after all of these.

Some thoughts started popping up, why did Jesus say it if a camel can go through a needle’s eye then a rich man can enter the kingdom of God. Is it that being wealthy is a sin? Why did Jesus say we should take up our cross and follow Him?

When a man has all He wants, He forgets God. That is naturally his nature. Only a few men recognize the need to just love on God and give Him worship. We sometimes feel bored since we feel it is a communication with us and a spirit, not someone we can see physically and joke or laugh with.

 But do you remember the warmth of His presence? The experiences you once upon a time had in the place of prayers. Those tears you shed but you couldn't really explain the reasons for them.

God creates a pulley which represents the many reasons man should need God and seek Him, every day. Search your heart, we go to God for many reasons, not basically because we just want to praise, adore or thank Him.

We chase after the desires of our heart, even when we are being reminded by the HolySpirit. Anytime we chase after the desires of our heart, we deny Christ. This is a simply put definition of denial. 

The major things that brings us to this denial are tagged as; ‘The lust of the eyes, flesh and pride of life’

Pursuing intimacy with God starts from a willing heart and intimacy with the Spirit of God. Total surrender, involving God in the tiniest of things you do, sincerity, obedience, Love for God among others. If these are in check, let’s see how the devil can put his desires in you.

I won’t tell you that pursuing your desire would make you lose God, I won’t tell you that it won’t make you fulfill all God has destined you to be, I won’t tell you that you won’t journey into eternity like the rest of the saints who are wrestling towards eternity, NO! I won’t tell you that pursuing the desires the devil has planted in your heart would make you lose His eternal promises and bring you eternal damnation. I won’t tell you all of these.

Although not really easy, let’s just keep denying ourselves, gazing upon Him, He brooding over us and refining us that Christ’s death may not be in vain and that His purpose might be totally fulfilled. We being His bride, and He, the Bridegroom.
