  2020 VS 2021 Like me, you probably expected a total package from 2020, especially due to the alignments in her name. 2020 my year of this…my year of that. Well if you’d ask me, it was totally a year for me. I thought I’d graduate from the university, I really thought that would be my greatest achievement this year, however, my greatest achievement is the fact that I am still breathing. What about you? Fast forward to the time in the year where we all had to strictly stay home for almost a month; a time where everyone had a free lottery to get fat.   JUST THE WAY YOU ARE There’s this deadly disease in town. It pierces into the mind of its victims, circulates around the brain and then kills slowly. No, it is not COVID-19 or whatever disease you might have in mind. It is called “Body shaming” Yes, everyone has this “perfect” shape they want in their head for themselves, rendering God’s creativity useless. The fat ones want to be slim, the chubby ones want a reduced-fat in specific areas of their body and the slim ones want front and back with a flat tummy, some feel like their eyes are too big or lips are too meaty. Factually, we all have something we do not like in our body ranging from stretch marks to bow legs, big lips, bald head, set of teeth, and the likes.   THE TRUTH ABOUT CONTENT WRITING Want to know why I titled this piece “The Truth” and not “The Fact?” well, I was in a conversation with some very sweet people some years back and what one of them said made a permanent stay in my heart. “A fact can go into extinction but not the truth” well, I agree. HIS DEMAND FROM YOU I saw myself in a gathering, a gathering of children of light and it was more like a female figure was the head of the gathering. Suddenly, a bus pulled over with some hefty men walking right down to where we gathered. They had this rope which looked quite unique and attractive. I don’t really remember what they wore, so I would rather not try to describe it. Like I said, they were hefty and they looked quite built. So, yes! They finally got to where we gathered and they required of each one of us to put the rope like thing that looked like it was made of a not very refined diamond. Some people in the gathering accepted while some did not. This was a personal decision, the woman who was the head in our midst had no influence on this decision.                       COMPROMISE Man naturally functions as carnality. Man is weak, Man is full of dirt and uncleanliness: but then there is a call unto holiness, a call unto divinity, a call unto perfection.  Collins dictionary defines compromise as a situation in which people accept something slightly different from what they really want, because of circumstances or because they are considering the wish of other people. In other words, if someone compromises his belief or himself, he has done something to damage his honesty or loyalty or high moral principles. Those who are victims of compromise are those who are not rooted in the promises of the Father, those who have no understanding of their inheritance in Jesus, those who are ignorant of the principles guiding the path of righteousness.
